EXERCISE = Brain Gain

Updated: Mar 23, 2023

In the case of Seniors, research suggest that exercise sessions of 45 to 60 minutes provide the biggest brain benefits. The results provided that sedentary people older than 55 exhibited improvements in thinking after six months of walking just three times a week, as stated in the Journal Neurology.

Further, it has been shown that with regard to aerobic exercise it boosts blood flow to your brain and also increases the size of your hippocampus, the part of your brain that’s involved in verbal memory and learning.
