To really clean Ceramic tile, spray some 409 on an area about three feet by three feet, let it sit for about 20 seconds, then using a white or green 3M scrub pad (witihout the sponge) applying some scrubbing pressure back and forth over the area. It is best to do this twice, occasionally rinse the scrub pad. When done, use a damp/wet old towel (rag) and rinse the area a few times. One would really be surprised at how much cleaner the tile will look. The key is really going down on your knees and actually hand scrubbing. The 409 is great for releasing the grime that was deposited there.
